Get answers to common questions about submitting land details, how Greendym reviews properties, and what happens if there may be a fit.

General Questions

Am I obligated to sell if I submit my property?

No. Submitting your property information only allows Greendym, LLC to review the details and contact you about possible next steps. You will not be forced into any deal period.

What types of land does Greendym review?

Greendym reviews vacant, rural, inherited, recreational, residential, and other underused land. Fit depends on location, access, property characteristics, title status, taxes, and local demand.

Do I need a parcel number or APN?

A parcel number or APN is helpful, but it is not always required to start. If you do not have it, submit the county, state, owner name, and any location information you have.

Selling Your Land

How fast will Greendym respond?

Response times vary depending on property volume and the amount of research needed. A practical target is one to three business days after complete details are received.

Will Greendym buy every property?

What information should I include?

No. Not every property is a fit. Greendym may decline after review if the land does not match current acquisition criteria.

Helpful details include the property county and state, parcel number, estimated acreage, asking price if any, utilities information, ownership situation, and any known title, tax, HOA, or access issues.

Should I talk to an attorney or tax professional?

Yes, if you have legal, tax, estate, title, or ownership questions. Greendym does not provide legal or tax advice.

Does submitting information guarantee an offer?
